GOD has created 82lacs of living things in the UNIVERSE, 82 LACS OF YOGASANAS ARE AVAILABLE IN yoga, 72000, nadi are in our body . system or a asanam which brings mind and body in one line is yogasanam. Twist your body as you like and slowly breath istead of concentrating outside of your body, concentrate your breath.Doing any thing without loss of PRANA is yogasanam. sitting in a chair, slowly walking , reading books ,watching tv all are yogasanam. but one thing in all the four activities your concentration is in the outside of your body . sleeping is also a yogasanam ( savasanam)
