Twist your body as you like and slowly breath istead of concentrating outside of your body, concentrate your breath.Doing any thing without loss of PRANA is yogasanam. sitting in a chair, slowly walking , reading books ,watching tv all are yogasanam. but one thing in all the four activities your concentration is in the outside of your body . sleeping is also a yogasanam ( savasanam)
